This includes, but is not limited to: Current and past health conditions, injuries and illnesses Medical history and medications Physical fitness assessment data (body composition, strength, cardiovascular fitness, mobility) Nutrition and dietary information Sleep and recovery data Psychological and lifestyle information relevant to coaching Blood test results, DNA reports or other biometric data where shared by the client Photographs or videos taken during sessions where relevant to coaching progress This data is collected solely for the purpose of delivering personalised health and performance coaching services. It is processed on the basis of your explicit consent, given at the point of entering into a coaching agreement with Simon Dannapfel. You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time, though doing so may affect our ability to continue delivering coaching services. 3.3 Cookies and cookie policy — we use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service. Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. 5.1 Simon Dannapfel processes your personal data in accordance with the following lawful bases under the GDPR: 5.2 Contract performance (Article 6(1)(b)) — we process standard personal data (name, contact information, payment details) in order to fulfil the coaching agreement between us. 5.3 Explicit consent for health data (Article 9(2)(a)) — we process special category health data solely on the basis of your explicit, freely given consent. By signing your coaching contract, you provide this explicit consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at info@simondannapfel.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. 5.4 Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)) — in certain cases, we are required to process your personal data to comply with Finnish legal obligations, such as maintaining financial records under the Finnish Accounting Act. 5.5 Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) — we may process data where necessary for our legitimate business interests, provided these are not overridden by your rights and interests.

6. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

6.1 We retain different categories of data for different periods: Health and coaching data — retained for 3 years after the end of the coaching relationship, then securely deleted Financial and accounting records — retained for 7 years in accordance with the Finnish Accounting Act Marketing data — retained until you withdraw consent or request deletion 6.2 We may retain data for longer if required to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

7. To Whom Do We Disclose Your Information?

7.1 Simon Dannapfel uses the following third-party service providers who may process your personal data on our behalf as data processors: Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited — we use Google Workspace for file storage, email and business operations. Your data may be stored on Google's servers within the EU. Google processes data in accordance with its Data Processing Amendment and Standard Contractual Clauses. More information: https://workspace.google.com/terms/dpa_terms.html Payment providers — such as card payment processors used to handle billing Coaching platform and client app — the online platform used to deliver coaching programmes 7.2 These third parties may not disclose your information to others without your consent and may only use your information for the purposes described in this policy. 7.3 Simon Dannapfel may also disclose your personal data if required by applicable law or authorities, or to protect our legal interests, or to detect or prevent fraud. 7.4 If your personal data is transferred to a country outside the EU/EEA, Simon Dannapfel will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) in compliance with GDPR requirements. 7.5 Data is stored only in electronic form. Access is restricted to those who need it to fulfil their contractual or legal obligations.
