My Story

Hi, I’m Simon.
I grew up in New Zealand, surrounded by sport, movement, and healthy food. Competing in sports taught me the value of performance. Losing my parents young taught me the importance of health and how unpredictable life can be. Together, those experiences gave me a clear focus: build strong health skills and keep challenging yourself. That’s what creates a meaningful life.

That focus shaped my future path. While studying sport, exercise, and health and completing my Master’s in Sport and Exercise Science, I started coaching parents, athletes, and busy professionals to get fitter, stronger, and healthier. Not just for today, but for life.

Now based in Finland, I continue to coach both online and in person. My approach, which I call Full Health, is simple: small, realistic actions that add up to big results over time. It’s not just about workouts and nutrition. It’s about building health in every area of life, so you can perform at your best in sport, at work, and in the moments that matter most.
